Pasta alla carbonara

Homemade pasta dressed in raw egg yolk, black pepper, guanciale and grated Pecorino Romano. Sometimes pancetta is used instead of guanciale. Sometimes the dish is made with vermicello pasta or rigatoni. Any way you get it, it’s divine.
